Jason Jones 钟嘉颂

Mr. Jones founded Operating Partners in 2005. He was a global operating executive with General Electric for 14 years. He has led P&Ls in both public and privately held companies with significant M&A experience. Jason has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value in both financial and operational transactions, including deep industrial and technology expertise across Asia. Jason earned an engineering degree at Texas A&M University and graduated from GE’s TLP and Corporate Audit Staff programs.

Glenn McCarthy 麦卡锡

Mr. McCarthy is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record and a passion for profit. He was an operating finance executive with General Electric for 12 years in Eastern Europe and China, leading cross-functional finance and manufacturing sourcing teams. Over the past two decades, he has skillfully founded over a dozen technology companies in China. Glenn earned a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, graduated from GE’s FMP program and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Herrmann 赫曼

Mr. Hermann was a technology executive with General Electric for 28 years. As GM of Engineering for GE Lighting Asia, he co-founded the corporation’s China Technology Center (CTC) in Shanghai. He has led multiple post-acquisition assimilation and operational integration efforts for JVs in China, Korea, India and Indonesia. He co-founded Lambda Consulting, focusing on Lean Sigma manufacturing and operational value creation. Bill has been a mentor, private investor and Operating Partner since 2005.

Koh Kok Wee 许国伟

Mr. Koh is a business analytics and financial services expert with strong program management and operational skills. He started with JP Morgan Chase and UBS investment banks in Hong Kong before joining Operating Partners in 2009. Koh has led transaction engagements with BP, Temasek and various ASEAN regional PE funds. Koh was selected for the inaugural class at Singapore Management University, launched in collaboration with The Wharton School, earning a degree in Finance.

Dominic Forson-Nudonu 贾小林

Mr. Forson is a data analyst supporting transactions and technology venture teams. He has demonstrated competencies across traditional information technology as well as advanced analytics. Dominic is proficiently skilled in data structures, cloud platform development, python programming and technical support. Originally from Ghana, Africa, he earned a B.S. degree focused in Computer Science from Jiangxi N. University, China. Languages include Akan, Chinese, English and French
