Lean events yielded work stream and value stream analyses that reduced cycle times, rationalized inventory and increased on-time delivery capability.

End-to-End supply chain optimization with identified throughput productivity = $1.1m (+10%), inventory reduction = $2.8m (-28%) and cost of capital savings = $265k (~7%).
