Glenn McCarthy 麦卡锡

Founder and serial entrepreneur with proven track record and a passion for profit. Former operating finance executive with General Electric in Eastern Europe and China during the 1990s, leading cross-functional finance and manufacturing sourcing teams. Founder of over a dozen technology companies in China since 2002. B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. Graduate of GE’s FMP program followed by an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Herrmann 赫曼

Technology executive with General Electric for 28 years. GM of Engineering for GE Lighting Asia. Co-founder of GE’s R&D Technology Center (CTC) in Shanghai, China. Has led multiple post-acquisition assimilation and operational efforts for JVs in China, Korea, India and Indonesia. Co-founder of Lambda Consulting, focusing on Lean Sigma manufacturing and operational value creation. Mentor, private investor and Operating Partner since 2005.

D. H. Cleghorn 牛仔

Finance executive and COO with General Electric and Honeywell for 25+ years. Proven track record leading and growing global MNC operating businesses across diverse segments, including oil & gas, power generation, technology, industrial and distribution. Domain expertise in manufacturing, services and leasing with extensive merger, acquisition and divestiture experience. B.A. in Finance from University of Arizona and graduate of GE’s EFLP program.

Koh Kok Wee 许国伟

Entrepreneur and finance / FinTech expert with strong program management and operational skills. Investment banking with JP Morgan Chase and UBS in Hong Kong before joining Operating Partners in 2009. M&A and private equity transaction engagements include BP, Temasek and various ASEAN regional VC funds. Selected for inaugural class at Singapore Management University in collaboration with The Wharton School, B.A. in Finance.

Mike Narodovich 大脑袋

Operational and commercial leader with extensive product development, program management, consulting, customer operations and investment experience. Expertise in contact centres, CRM, machine learning, IoT, analytics, payments/FinTech and semiconductor applications. Proficient in Chinese, based on 20+ years of China residency. Earned a B.S. and Masters in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University.

Dominic Forson-Nudonu 贾小林

Operations and data investment analyst, supporting transaction and technology venture teams. Data science expertise with advanced analytics, visualisation and decision support. Proficient in data structures, cloud platforms, offshore development & project delivery. B.S. in Computer Science from Jiangxi University (China), CORe from HBS, MSc in Operations & SCM from Liverpool University. Languages include Akan, Chinese, English and French.

Warren Smith

Mr. Smith is a New Zealander with extensive Asia-Pacific experience, including work in facilities management, technical services, engineering, geothermal, analysis, project management & maintenance. An author of several academic papers and recognised for energy & water conservation initiatives, he is a regular public speaker and founding Strategic Advisor to JUCCCE (Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy). Warren received an engineering degree from The University of Auckland.
